By accessing this website and engaging with our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use narrates LLC's services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

These Terms of Service govern your relationship with narrates LLC ("us", "we", or "our") and apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

narrates LLC provides professional B2B video explainer services, including but not limited to scriptwriting, storyboarding, animation, voiceover production, and sound design.

• check_circle Project Scope: Defined in the individual Statement of Work (SOW) provided for each engagement.
• check_circle Revisions: Standard packages include two (2) rounds of revisions at specified milestones.
• check_circle Timelines: We strive to meet all projected deadlines, provided that the client delivers necessary assets and feedback on time.

Engagement requires a 50% upfront deposit before production commences. The remaining balance is due upon final project delivery or as per the schedule defined in the SOW.

Invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt. narrates LLC reserves the right to pause production or withhold final deliverables if payments are overdue.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store sensitive credit card information on our servers.

Upon final payment, narrates LLC grants the client a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final video deliverable for its intended commercial purposes.

narrates LLC Retains: Ownership of raw project files, custom animation rigs, and reusable assets unless explicitly transferred in writing. We also reserve the right to display the final video in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Client Assets: You represent that you own or have permission to use any branding, trademarks, or materials provided to us for inclusion in the video.

In no event shall narrates LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
